The customlog patch license?

Regarding the customlog patch, located at:

http://devel.squid-cache.org/projects.html#customlog

and other places (MARA Systems).

Under what license is it made available? I would like to assume that
the license is like the rest of Squid (GPL), but that is not made
apparent by the http://devel.squid-cache.org/projects.html page.
