There seem to be more squid log codes in 1.1.4 than are documented.
Could there be an updated version of Squid-Access-Log-Codes.txt?
In particular I'd like descriptions of:
TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH
TCP_REFRESH_MISS
TCP_REFRESH_HIT
TCP_REF_FAIL_HIT
ERR_CLIENT_ABORT
ERR_CONNECT_FAIL
ERR_DNS_FAIL
ERR_READ_TIMEOUT
ERR_ZERO_SIZE_OBJECT
ERR_LIFETIME_EXP
ERR_INVALID_REQ
ERR_INVALID_URL
I'd also like to know what meaning (if any) the size files for the ERR
tags have, to know whether I should be counting them in my stats of how
much data is passing through the cache.
