FATAL: xmalloc: Unable to allocate 4536 bytes!

my squid kept crash, here is the error from cache.log

FATAL: xmalloc: Unable to allocate 4536 bytes!

can anyone help me with this? this is VERY VERY important...
cause this proxy server have to handle around 12000hits/hour.
