Real pattern search during neighbor_type_domain?

Hi,

does anyone know if it is possible to do this in any way (perhaps by a
special patch or so?):

I want a real pattern search after the dnslookup.
So if I configure something like
neighbor_type_domain myprefered.sibling.com parent *ibm*.com

it shall take any *ibm*.com addresses as a command to use the sibling as
a parent. I hope I made clear what I meant, currently I could set
.com, so every *.com site would be requested from the sibling as a parent.

Is such a thing possible? Or would it consume too much CP time, so it
could delay the request too much? in my opinion only a good pattern search
over a looked-up domain name is needed.

if anyone did this, or knows how to do it, please tell it to me.
Thanks.

(If you did not understand what I meant, just tell me, I will then try to
explain it a bit more, but my English isn't as good as it should be ;-).
