I need to be able to add ACL entries on the fly ... but it looks like
I'll have to send SIGHUP to the squid process after each ACL update??
SIGHUP looks like it actually shuts the server down ... is there any
way to simply force a reload of squid.conf (and, in effect, my ACLs)?
