Errors browsing using squid as the proxy

Dear fellow squid users

I am desperate for an answer. From my research it appears that I am not
the only one who has had this problem and got no response from this mail
list. Can _anyone_ give me some help, clues, thoughts for where to look.
 If I can not resolve this problem I will have to got to Microsoft Proxy of
Novell's Proxy (I would rather squid).

I get the following in access.log

I am running RedHat Linux 5.1 and Squid 1.1.22. I have just done a clean
install of RedHat and a clean compile/install of Squid 1.1.22 and get the
above error messages. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
