The German E&R cache admins already advise to use AS based routing for
their cache hierarchy, if participants use Squid-2. Also, they advise
participants within AS1275 to go directly for AS 1275 1754 5520 8450 and
3211 servers, as the latency is usually lower. blatzheim.com is beyond
DE-CIX (the inner German exchange point) from our point of view, and
therefore should not participate in the E&R caching hierarchy.
