How rapidly? What you should measure is pagefaults/minute divided by
requests/minute (you need to make two measurements a minute apart to
calculate this).

You have plenty of memory then. Squid is only using 142MB in the
statistics you provided. You shouldn't have much pagefaults unless
something else is eating a lot of memory. However, your cache looks
mostly empty (20% filled) so the memory usage will increase.

What is the output of free?
