You are using Squid-2.2 or earlier, and haven't patched it to support
WebDAV methods. One common application using WebDAV methods is Outlook
Express when accessing "html mail", such as HotMail.

You have built Squid with --enable-ipf-transparent but you haven't given
Squid access to the ip-filter NAT device.

This is a bit worrying. Looks like a failed SSL connection.

If it had said sslReadClient then I would not have been the slightest
worried, but sslReadServer is a sign of problems.

Does it correlate to any interesting CONNECT requests in you access.log?
