acl blockedsites url_regex "/etc/squid/block.txt"

acl unblockedsites url_regex "/etc/squid/unblock.txt"

http_access deny blockedsites

http_access allow unblockedsites all


the result was that the blocking also occurs when you typed a word 
on a searchstrings what is in block.txt.

So I think this will work for you
