LFUDA is NOT LRU, and hence it does not have a LRU expiration age.

The new value is the heap key/priority value of the next object to be
purged. I am not sure how to read it thought, but I guess it matches to
the output of HeapKeyGen_StoreEntry_LFUDA in
src/store_heap_replacement.c
