squid-2.3STABLE3 and unlink

One of 2.3.STABLE3 Bugs: Disk space over the limit
If you use LRU replacement (the default),
Squid doesn't actually delete any old objects.

I tried --enable-heap-replacement and LFUDA replacement,
but encountered with disk full error messages.
Then I reconfigured with --enable-truncate and met no disk full.
