hi i have a problem with my squid

facts:
1. am using redhat 6.2 with squid 2.2 stable 4
2. it is configured with a parent proxy using win NT
3. for 4 months it has been running smoothly
4. since last week squid could not use the parent cache
5. i can ping the parent cache
6. i have tried this config

cache_peer parent.domain.com parent 8888 0 default

and an error comes out:

comm_udp_sendto: FD parent.domain.com, port 0: (22) Invalid argument

7. but if i use this config

cache_peer parent.domain.com parent 8888 7default

this error comes out:

comm_poll_incoming: NULL write handler

but with this config when i request from squid, once in a while it can
request from the parent proxy but the website will not download completely.

8. i have already tried change all hardware aspects like LAN card,
switch/HUB even the whole PC.
