[SQU] From CVS ... "make: don't know how to make..."

When trying to install from a compile based on today's CVS, I'm getting:

install will not overwrite existing /usr/local/squid/etc/mime.conf
Making install in icons...
make: don't know how to make anthony-xpm.gif. Stop
*** Error code 1

System is a FreeBSD system, current as of Oct 24th or so ... missing a
tool?
