[SQU] squid problem on x86 platform

Hello all

iam trying to install squid 2.3 stable 4 on solaris for intel platform .....
everything go right till configure .. as soon as i make the service it gives me
error

ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to squid
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `squid'
Current working directory /export/home/haris/squid/src
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `all'

... need a little help !!!
