[squid-users] Blocking specific files and delay pools

Hi all,
I have Squid 2.3stable4 on my suse7.3 box. Squid running perfectly. But I still
cannot block certain file types like .exe, .rpm, .zip and like files. How do I
do this. Secondly I cannot see any effect of the delay pools using delay class
2 or 3. I have compiled my squid using the option --enable-delay-pools.
Any one having solution to any of my probles ?????
