[squid-users] Directives removed ?

Hi,

Have these directives been removed :

cache_stoplist, cache_host_acl

The directives above were mentioned in squid
tutorial-5, but I am unable to find them in
squid.conf.default.

What are they replaced with in the latest squid
version ?

Is local_domain now replaced by always_direct,
inside_firewall by never_direct ?
