[squid-users] two link and one gateway

hi all, i have a problem, i have one machine and two links adsl, one
with static IP and other with dynamic IP.
On the static ip i have my web server, email server, dns... and i'd
like to use the other link to my users use internet.. just to
internet... living the static ip just to webserver and mail and dns.

I've tried to use tcp_outgoing_address but it didnt work properly,
when i configure it, i have a message that Socket Failure (99) Cannot
assign requested address..

i dont know what do..
anyone can help me ?
