[squid-users] how delay pools work ?

hello,

if i have internet connection 1 mbps.
and i set delay pool in squid, if someone download mp3 file, the speed
is limit to 128 kbps.

i want to know the speed that use by squid to download from origin
server is 128 kbps ? or full speed (up to 1mbps) ?
