Look up SARG. SARG allows web or email statistics on squid. However
using SARG with email doesn't break down each users browsing habits. If
someone knows otherwise I'd like to know.

What I do is use Webmin with the SARG module. Create a user for
management and allow them only access to the single SARG module to read
daily reports.
