[squid-users] SSL Errors

All:

My squid configuration seems to work fine for many weeks then all of the sudden I get these errors:

2007/02/18 05:45:38| TCP connection to a.b.c.d/443 failed
2007/02/18 05:45:38| fwdNegotiateSSL: Error negotiating SSL connection on FD 13: error:140940F6:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:unknown alert type (1/-1/0)

If I kill the process and restart it every thing is fine.

This is in a reverse proxy setup.  I have two squid servers and the problem seems to occur on both of them around the same time when it does occur.

I am using NetBSD and Squid 2.6STABLE6.  I am running two instances of squid on each server, one for HTTP and one for HTTPS, only the HTTPS instance has these problems.

Has anyone seen this before?  What can I do to fix it?

Thanks,

Noah
