increasing the backlog for squid

most http daemons benefit from having the maximum socket connection
queue for listen() increased from the default of five.

I know this isn't directly related to squid, but I can't seem to figure
out how to do this for SunOS 4.1.4 (Solaris 1), what our Squid is
running on.

Is this possible? Would squid benefit from such an increase?
