different addresses for tcp_incoming and udp_incoming

Hi,
I was wondering how can a cache with different tcp_incoming and
udp_incoming binding addresses co-operate with others. Squids
using that as a neighbor or parent use only one IP for both ICP and
HTTP (the ip specified on the cache_host line...): if it is the ICP one
all TCP requests fail!
Any ideas ?
