cachemgr hit ratio

Hi *Squiders*,

does the HIT RATIO in the cachemgr "utilisation" output mean n % of he
transferred KBs were a hit, or n % of the number of hits ?
I mean, does e.x. 0.37 mean 37 percent of xxx MBs were a hit or 37 percent
of xxx URL requests? I need to know this to do a better calculation of our
ip traffic costs.
