cache_host_acl please help.

I can't configure this space, I don't know how, do I have to put this? (I
don't want to break something) using version 1.1.2

acl ZIP urlpath_regex \.zip$

cache_host_acl cache_host !ZIP

Changing cache_host for the IP or the name of the cache host?
