Software for web accessible indexing a Squid cache

I have made available the software we use for providing a
web accessible index to the contents of a squid cache in:
        ftp://ftp.uwa.edu.au/pub/squid/index

There is however little documentation and there are UWA specific
paths scattered thru it.
