FD Handle Problems on Squid 1.0.22

Hi folks,

  We have squid 1.0.22 running on freebsd 2.1.7, and when the cache goes
under load, we get the following occuring. I might add it will go through
all the open FD's and give this warning, then Abnormally terminate, and
restart.

  Any Ideas on a resolution ?
