Can anybody explain why squid 1.1.8 disallow access to cache_object:

127.0.0.1 TCP_DENIED/400 461 GET cache_object://localhost/info@ - NONE/- -

if following strings in squid.conf even presents:

acl localhost src 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255
http_access deny manager !localhost
