Not exactly intuitive is it, should be with the rest of the proxy
settings.

I think i may have found a bug in IE's support for Netscape PAC files. In
our setup, we have a backup proxy which we want our customers browsers to
attempt to use before going direct. With netscape this works fine, but
with IE if the primary proxy fails, IE goes direct and ignores the backup
proxy. Has anyone else experienced this?
