Problem getting file through sv.cache.nlanr.net

Dear squidder,

I can't seem to be able to retrive file from some site when setting parent
cache to sv.cache.nlanr.net. Follow is what I set in my squid.conf

cache_host sv.cache.nlanr.net parent 3128 3130
cache_host cache.jwindow.net parent 3128 3130
cache_host_domain sv.cache.nlanr.net !jp
cache_host_domain cache.jwindow.net jp

And follow is what I got in access.log when try to access ftp.netscape.com

ftp://ftp.netscape.com/navigator/3.02/shipping/english/unix/ -
FIRST_PARENT_MISS/sv.cache.nlanr.net text/html

And follow is what I get in my browser

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL:
ftp://ftp.netscape.com/navigator/3.02/shipping/english/unix

The following FTP error was encountered:

     navigator/3.02/shipping/english/unix: No such file or directory.

This means that:

    The given URL does not exist, or is not readable.

Is there some thing wrong with sv? By the way, I didn't try to disable sv
as parent yet but I can get that page with out problem when disable proxy.

My squid is 1.NOVM.11
