Squid in httpd_accel_with_proxy mode

Hi Squiders...

I am currently having a bit of a play around with squid in
httpd_accel_with_proxy mode with virtual host support enabled. I want to
be able to offer this service to some of our downstream clients who
house their own web servers on the end of slow modem links <yeech!> Does
anyone with any experience in this have any pointers (such as configs or
redir scripts etc)?
