Can not cache Acrobat Files

Hi,

i have some problems to cache Acrobat Reader Files. Everytime I request
such a files it is immediatly released (I saw it in the log files).

As refresh rule I use:
refresh_pattern/i \.pdf$ 10080 90% 43200

My maximum_object_size is 4096.

My configuration is:
Squid 1.1.10
Linux 2.0.30

Due to the fact that I use a lot of PDF Files, it would be great if
somebody could help me with this issue.
