Problem with including file in ACL

Hi,

I'm trying to include a file containing a list of IPs to be allowed to
use my cache, like the default config files suggests is possible:

acl friends src "filename"

where filename is a file with IP/255.255.255.255-lines.

However, squid does not seem to parse this correctly. Is this feature
even implemented, and has anyone made it work.
