OK I made it work now, thanks. It seems the problem was in not specifying the
complete path, but only the filename.

PS: Does anyone know if it is possible to read from a pipe instead of from a
file, and thereby eliminate the need for a cron to convert files to the
correct acl format? It seems squid does some evaluation on the filename to
determine if it really is a filename, instead of just reading the file
blindly.
