DNS problems with 1.NOVM.15

Hi,

I have seen the following error fairly frequently with 1.NOVM.16 running
on Linux 2.0.30 w/ fd patch:

> DNS Domain 'www.omg.org' is invalid: Valid name, no data record of
> requested type.

nslookup returns the addresses OK in all cases where I have bothered to
check further. squid will negative-cache these responses.

I don't want to disable negative DNS caching. Where does the problem
lie and what can I do to fix it?
