The webchat program could be broken in two ways:
1) because it cannot handle the change in IP address (from proxy
server clusters or hierarchies).
2) because it cannot handle two users using the same IP address at the
same time.
They shouldn't use IP address to distinguish clients. Instead, they should
use cookies (HotMail used to have this problem and after about a year of
complaints they apparently switched from IP 'security' to cookies).
