Web Cache Simulator

Hi,

Just wondering if there is such a thing as a web caching simulator that
can take a list of timestamped http (URL) requests and simulates a
particular caching algorithm (based on various parameters) and outputs
the performance of the cache server in terms of hit/miss ratios ?
