Do you mean that proxy2 gets asked for everything, or if proxy1
doesn't have it, then it always goes direct?

single_parent_bypass on

All works ox with proxy 2 (the host with ICP) but proxy 1 (which
dosnt
support ICP) never gets requested for any files.
