Hi,
I don't know much about the product, and there is not much
on the web. Do a search in altavista for WCCP or "web cache
control protocol" and you will find some stuff.
From http://www-fr.cisco.com/univercd/data/doc/netbu/hardware/webcache/v1/rel_notes/wc1reln.htm
Supported Routers
This release of the Cache Engine only works with 7500 and 7200
series routers running the version of Cisco IOS software with
the Web Cache Control Protocol (Cisco IOS Release 11.1(14)CA).
