Hey , This is exactly what I'm trying to do as well .. Big long long list of
chat sites :) .. I don't know what I'd be doing without the url_regex feature
Probably a bigger longer list of blocked sites .

Yes .. I am afaid people with discover that so they can just bypass it .

Cool .. Could you share what file need to changed or deleted to implement that
feature .. Currently I have dicovered another special trick not as fancy but if
you make the netscape.cfg read-only .. And if people disable proxies it is only
disabled for that period . Also stops people from changing Netscape's settings
.
