connect-retry patch against 1.1.20 and virtual servers support

Is it possible to make connect-retry patch against 1.1.20?

Also is it possible to bind proxy on multiple ports AND virtual
domains?
eg: i run apache on www.mydomain.com port 80 and i would like to run squid
on squid.mydomain.com also on port 80 on same server.
