High and Low water marks... and times to do so?

Hmmm.... would it be possible to have an allowed timespan to actually do
some serious tossing out of stuff from the Squid Cache (according to when
it reaches the high-water mark) ?

Having my main proxy suddenly grind to a virtual halt in peak time is 'not
a good thing' (tm, patent pending).

Something like 'when you get to the high-water mark, and its not in the
time to toss stuff out, just act as a pass through until it is time.'

Of course, this would be yet another thing to consider when configuring
squid, (naturally, you'd be able to select multiple timespans) but its all
in the name of keeping the customers happy.. ;)
