dynamic IP and Cable Modem

Hi, I have a peculiar question. My company got a new Cable modem in Bogota -
Colombia and I was wondering if Squid could handle the problem of being
assigned a dynamic IP adress each day by the provider (as in a dial-up
connection). I am not interested in using the Proxy for web publishing but
for internet access.
