I'm currently integrating external proxy authentication programs into Squid
and it's not too difficult. If you can make a kind of wrapper program around
WebSense which accepts a URL and replies YES or NO it should be easy. It
might well be possible with a simple redirector program which contacts
WebSense: redirect all forbidden URLs to some page explaining why it's
forbidden.
