We did on cisco 4500 by using the same ip policy .
int e1
ip policy route -map proxy-redir
set next hop xxx.xxx.xxx.xx
and then we used the linux box (kernel 2.0.33 with ipfwadm) and ran squid
on 3128 .Thats all.
