Well.. 1.2 actually stretches it's limits a bit. It can preload the
cache with some internal objects, makinq squid act as a very simple
server for icon files and such.
This currently only works when Squid is used as a standard proxy, not in
transparent proxying. It is used for the icons in FTP directory
listings.
