Pointcast

It would seem that when users run Pointcast and select "use Microsoft
Internet Explorer as browser", and MSIE is configured to use an
auto-config file which points them to our squid, that pointcast wont work.

Point cast will work if you go into MSIE and tell it "dont use proxy".
But otherwise, it appears to break, because its trying to grab files at
127.0.0.1/blah/blah and failing, anyone know how to fix this?
