Re: FQDN cache taking over for IPcache?

Yes, I have several web-based mail/chat sites blocked (the client is a
school and those types of sites are a big problem for them). I can see
why those might account for the use of the FQDN part of Squid, but do you
have any ideas why the IPcache would be in a virtual shutdown?

I have one other cache running with very similar site blockings, and it
doesn't behave in this way. This other cache uses the FQDN cache (not by
my doing directly, but presumably for the blocked sites), but its IPcache
is functioning normally.
