One fun possibility is to point Squid at a DNS server which has been
primed to think that it is the primary for the various domains you're
blocking. So, for instance, you can make 127.0.0.1 (or whatever) the
IP address of www.playboy.com (or whatever).

This still requires you to get the list from somewhere... One way of
doing it might be to look at the top few dozen sites in your WWW
cache access logs :-)
