It may seem that a transparent proxy works without Host: support, but it
doesn't. All Host: based virtual servers are broken. Symptom: When
accessing Host: based virtual servers the first server accessed on one
IP is returned as cache hits for other virtual servers on the same IP
(until someone presses reload: then that server is returned for all the
virtual servers on that IP).
